Las controversias entre colonos y adjudicatarios, o entre aquellos o éstos, con terceros, que reclamen dominio sobre el terreno cultivado, ocupado o adjudicado, se deciden judicialmente, por la vía ordinaria; bien entendido que los cultivadores o colonos se deben considerar como poseedores.
