Presidente. El Presidente de la entidad será un empleado público, de libre nombramiento y remoción del Presidente de la República. El Presidente será el representante legal de la entidad, sin perjuicio de que otros servidores públicos puedan tener representación legal de la entidad para su normal funcionamiento, según lo determine su Junta Directiva.
