El ingreso a la Armada se hará con el grado de Cadete para los que hayan de ser Oficiales, con las excepciones establecidas en esta Ley. El personal de Clases y Marinería en los ramos que el Gobierno determine ingresará a la Armada con el grado de Grumete.
