Derecho al consentimiento informado . La práctica de pruebas de laboratorio para detectar la infección por el Virus de Inmunodeficiencia Humana (VIH) en el orden individual o encuestas de prevalencia, solo podrá efectuarse previo consentimiento de la persona encuestada o cuando la autoridad sanitaria competente lo determine, de acuerdo con las previsiones del presente Título.
