Artículo primero . A partir del 1°, de enero de 1958, suprímense los impuestos sobre consumo de algodón en fibra, de producción nacional y sobre hilazas de algodón importadas de que tratan los artículos 1°, y 2°, del Decreto número 319 de 1949.
