Las entidades mencionadas en el

Parágrafo

del artículo anterior ejercerán las funciones que se les atribuyen en el presente Decreto, en los mismos términos previstos para la Superintendencia Bancaria en las disposiciones legales citadas para cada caso en el artículo anterior y demás normas complementarias, y contarán con Los mismos recursos y facultades que a través de dichas disposiciones le fueron asignadas a la citada entidad para el cabal cumplimiento de tales funciones.
