Tarifas. Los estudios técnicos presentados por la respectiva administración servirán de base para la definición del valor de las tasas por uso, y deberán tener en cuenta en todo caso las disposiciones contenidas en la Constitución, la Ley y los criterios de que trata el artículo 2.1.5.1 del presente decreto.
