Las partidas de $ 30.000 del Capítulo 62, articulo 652/109 para la construcción de un Hospital en La Plata, Huila $ 60.000.00 del artículo 652/111 para la construcción de un Hospital en Arboledas, Norte de Santander, serán entregadas por el Ministerio Higiene a las entidades o personas con quienes se contraten las obras con sujeción a las norma legales vigentes.
