Los prestadores de servicios turísticos que comercialicen o promocionen membresías o afiliaciones para el disfrute futuro de servicios turísticos, durante el proceso de inscripción y renovación en el Registro Nacional de Turismo, deberán declarar que cuentan con contratos, acuerdos, convenios o cualquier tipo de mandato o representación vigentes con el prestador de los servicios turísticos que ofrecen.
