Art. 50.° Las encomiendas que recíprocamente se dirijan las oficinas públicas de los Estados, pagarán porte conforme a la tarifa de la lei orgánica vijente, salvo las esenciones de que puedan gozar los Estados con motivo de los convenios postales que se celebren con el Gobierno de la Union. En igual caso se hallan los particulares que dirijan encomiendas a las Administraciones de las Casas de Moneda de la Union o a otra oficinas nacionales.
