El Juez que no dirija al Presidente del Tribunal Seccional de los Contencioso Administrativo el oficio de que trata el artículo 191, incurrirá en una multa de diez a veinte pesos, por cada correo que se despache del lugar de su residencia para la del Tribunal, sin hacer tal remisión.
