Artículo primero. La Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas tendrá, bajo la inmediata dirección del Superintendente de Sociedades Anónimas, las siguientes dependencias: I Secretaría General. II Departamento Jurídico. III Departamento Contable. IV Departamento de Caja. V Departamento de Estadística y Publicaciones. La Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas tendrá además las siguientes dependencias: 1°) Sección de Revisión. 2°) Sección de Visitas. 3°) Oficinas Seccionales en las ciudades de Barranquilla, Cali y Medellín.
