º El artículo 22 del Decreto 1554 de 1985 quedará así: "Artículo 22. Para efectos de la inscripción de que trata el artículo anterior, las Asociaciones de Radio aficionados se consideran

De carácter nacional cuando reúnan las características y requisitos del artículo 23;

De carácter regional, cuando reúnan las características y requisitos del artículo 24

Parágrafo

Tanto las asociaciones de carácter nacional como regional, podrán afiliar seccionales"
