ARTICULO 29. - De acuerdo con la atribución quinta (5ª) del Artículo 40 del Acto Legislativo Nº 1 de 1979, - todo proceso disciplinario contra funcionarios o empleados de la Rama Jurisdiccional, cuyo conocimiento corresponda en primera instancia a los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial o en única al Consejo Superior de la Judicatura se iniciará cuando el Procurador General de la Nación o sus agentes hayan presentado la correspondiente resolución acusatoria, para lo cual, sin embargo, deberá tenerse en cuenta la regla prescrita en el Artículo 16 del presente Decreto.
