Apruébese la preinserta "Convención para la prevención y la sanción del delito de genocidio", adoptada por la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas, según Resolución 260 (III) del 9 de diciembre de 1948, y firmada por el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de Colombia el 12 de agosto de 1949.
