Art. 261. Los cursos que haya de quedar matriculado un alumno no quedarán á su elección. Si el alumno va á pertenecer a los años preparatorios, podrá ser eximido de alguno ó algunos cuando la Junta Directiva lo juzgue conveniente, sea que compruebe instrucción suficiente ó que se halle incapaz de llevar á la vez todos los que á su año corresponden. Si el alumno ha de inscribirse en los cursos profesionales, debe comprobar conocimiento suficiente en los ramos preparatorios y hacerse inscribir en todos los profesionales que á su año correspondan.
