°. El numeral 1 del artículo 17 del Decreto 257 de 2004 quedará así: “Artículo 17. Actividades transitorias . Para efectos de culminar el proceso de transformación del Instituto Colombiano de Energía Eléctrica, ICEL, en Instituto de Planificación y Promoción de Soluciones Energéticas, IPSE, el Instituto adelantará las siguientes actividades: 1. Enajenar los activos que el IPSE posee en el Sistema Interconectado Nacional, SIN, mediante la capitalización de los mismos, la cual se realizará antes del 31 de diciembre de 2005. Estos activos podrán ser capitalizados en las empresas de servicios públicos luego de lo cual, el Instituto podrá entregar a la Nación las acciones en dación de pago.”
