La honorabilidad se comprobará por medio de una información de nudo hecho levantada ante el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de la residencia del aspirante, con el testimonio de tres testigos hábiles, que deberán tener la calidad de abogados titulados, y con intervención del respectivo Fiscal de la corporación. Esta prueba será calificada por el Tribunal en Sala de Acuerdo.
