Instalado el Tribunal Disciplinario el Presidente le hace saber al acusado el derecho que tiene para designar un vocero quien puede ser el mismo que venía actuando dentro de la investigación. En caso de que el inculpado no designare el vocero, el Presidente le nombrará uno de Oficio. Posesionado el vocero se procede a dar lectura al informativo.
