Articulo 2º El artículo 25 literal b) de los estatutos de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones quedará así: Artículo 25. Son funciones del Presidente de la Empresa: b) Celebrar los contratos y ejecutar los actos comprendidos dentro del objetivo de la Empresa, de acuerdo en cada caso, con las disposiciones legales y estatutarias vigentes. Cuando su cuantía exceda, de diez millones de pesos ($ 10.000.000), requerirá, la autorización previa o la aprobación posterior de la. Junta. Directiva conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 16 de los presentes estatutos.
