º Los servidores públicos vinculados a la Procuraduría General de la Nación y a la Defensoría del Pueblo podrán optar, por una sola vez, antes del 28 de febrero de 1994, por el régimen salarial y prestacional establecido en el presente Decreto. Los servidores públicos que no opten por el régimen aquí establecido, continuarán rigiéndose por lo dispuesto en las normas legales que se les han venido aplicando.
