º NORMA GENERAL. El régimen de administración de personal de los empleados del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad se rige por las disposiciones de este Decreto y, en lo que no resulte contrario, se aplicarán los Decretos 2400 y 3074 de 1968 y las demás disposiciones que los adicionen y modifiquen.
