Para que un apoderado pueda actuar ante la Comisión Nacional de Valores será necesario que, previamente, dicho organismo le haya reconocido su personería, mediante auto que se expedirá una vez se compruebe que el poder ha sido legalmente otorgado y catando se verifique que el mismo ha sido aceptado expresa o tácitamente por el mandatario.
