La Directora General del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, distribuirá los cargos de la planta global y ubicará al personal teniendo en cuenta lo dispuesto en la Ley 2466 de 2025, las normas vigentes, la necesidad del servicio, la estructura, y los planes y proyectos de la entidad.
