Art. 2.° El Inspector nombrado por este Decreto desempeñará las funciones de que se ha hablado durante cuatro meses contados desde la fecha en que tome posesión, al cabo de los cuales ó antes si fuere posible rendirá su informe. Dicho Inspector será apoyado para el cumplimiento de sus funciones por los Administradores de las Salinas aludidas, y estarán bajo su dependencia los Resguardos de que trata el presente Decreto.
