Modifíquese el numeral 1 del artículo 105 de la Ley 136 de 1994 , así:

Por haberse dictado en su contra sentencia debidamente ejecutoriada con privación de la libertad, aunque se decrete a su favor la suspensión condicional de la ejecución de la pena.
