Las Escuelas Normales Superiores cuya autorización de funcionamiento expira a más tardar el 31 de diciembre de 2009, tendrán hasta el 30 de julio de 2010 para obtener la autorización de que trata este decreto, la cual será expedida por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional”.
