º . DE LOS PLANES Y PROGRAMAS DE INVERSION DE LAS EMPRESAS DE SERVICIOS PUBLICOS DOMICILIARIOS. Con el objeto de garantizar la preferencia de servicios públicos para los ocupantes de vivienda de interés social, las empresas, dentro de sus presupuestos de inversión anuales deberán incluir planes y programas de desarrollo que den preferencia a la satisfacción de la demanda de servicios públicos para las viviendas de interés social, dentro del marco del plan de desarrollo municipal o distrital.
