Cuando no haya lugar a detención preventiva del sindicado, ni a prisión del procesado, su comparecencia se obtendrá por medio de órdenes de comparendo.

Parágrafo

Siempre que sea necesaria la presencia del sindicado o procesado en los casos de este artículo, para practicar alguna diligencia relativa al sumario o causa, el respectivo funcionario o Juez debe hacerlo aprehender y conducir si no se presentare en el día y lugar prefijados.
