El prestatario se obligará a pagar oportunamente los impuestos sobre minas que le corresponda, y expresamente facultará al acreedor para hacer dichos pagos por su cuenta. Las sumas que por éste u otro concepto hayan de cargarse al deudor, se incorporarán a la obligación principal y quedarán regidas por las normas del respectivo contrato de mutuo. Facultado el prestamista para pagar los impuestos mineros de que aquí se trata, estará obligado a satisfacerlos oportunamente.
