La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro Tendrá Un Plazo Aproximado De Seis (6) Meses Para La Puesta En Marcha De La Nueva Oficina, Teniendo En Cuenta La Transición, Para El Traslado De Los Folios De Matrícula Inmobiliaria De Los Predios Que Hacen Parte Del Nuevo Círculo Registral

Decreto 911 de 2013 · por el cual se modifican los círculos registrales de Dabeiba, Frontino y Turbo y se crea el Círculo Registral y la Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos de Apartadó en el Departamento de Antioquia.

°. La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro tendrá un plazo aproximado de seis (6) meses para la puesta en marcha de la nueva oficina, teniendo en cuenta la transición, para el traslado de los folios de matrícula inmobiliaria de los predios que hacen parte del nuevo círculo registral.

Parágrafo

Las Oficinas de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos que se enuncian en el presente decreto, continuarán prestando el servicio en la circunscripción territorial que en la actualidad tienen, hasta tanto la nueva oficina entre en funcionamiento.
