Los Delegados del Consejo Nacional Electoral podrán solicitar, cuando lo estimen necesario, las actas de escrutinios que conserven los funcionarios o corporaciones, los cuales deberán enviarlas inmediatamente, dejando para si copias autenticadas. También podrán solicitar cualquier otro documento que consideren indispensable.
