Articulo único. Prorógase hasta el 30 de abril próximo la vijencia del Presupuesto de gastos de 1875 a 1876 para el efecto de que se reconozcan, liquiden i manden pagar los créditos contra el Tesoro nacional correspondientes a la espresada vijencia.
