ARTICULO 3.8.3.11.- QUORUM PARA SESIONAR Y DECIDIR. Salvo en los casos en que la Ley o los Estatutos exijan una mayoría superior, la Junta Directiva deliberará con la presencia de la mayoría de sus miembros y sus decisiones se tomarán con la mayoría absoluta de votos de los mismos.
