Autorízase al Gobierno para adquirir las concesiones ó derechos eventuales que puedan tener los herederos de don Jorge Isaacs y que á éste se le reconocieron desde mil ochocientos ochenta y seis como descubridor, para la explotación de carboneras y fuentes de petróleo en las regiones de Aracataca, estribaciones y macizos de la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta y en el golfo de Urabá.
