Artículo XI . Después del artículo 30 del Convenio, se añade el siguiente: "Artículo 30A. Ninguna de las disposiciones del presente Convenio prejuzga la cuestión de si la persona responsable de acuerdo con el mismo tiene o no derecho a repetir contra alguna otra persona."
