Si el Juez creyere que faltan algunas pruebas, las exigirá, señalándolas claramente. Cuando estén completas nombrará los peritos que deben verificar el avalúo, y hecho éste y practicadas las demás diligencias que el Juez estime conveniente, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 8.° resolverá sobre la expropiación, y fijará, en su caso, el valor de la indemnización.
