Adquisición de productos de origen o destinación agropecuaria. La Entidad Estatal debe aplicar el proceso de adquisición en bolsa de productos de que tratan los artículos 2.2.1.2.1.2.11 a 2.2.1.2.1.2.19 del presente decreto para adquirir productos de origen o destinación agropecuaria ofrecidos en las bolsas de productos. La Entidad Estatal puede adquirir tales productos fuera de bolsa si lo hace en mejores condiciones. En este caso la Entidad Estatal debe expresar en los Documentos del Proceso esta situación.
