Art. 8. Los estados mensuales de las factorías i administraciones se irán arreglando por su orden según se vayan poniendo los asientos de las partidas, i al fin del año económico se acompañaran a los libros como comprobantes de la cuenta, que se archivara en la misma oficina de la Dirección.
