Sancionada esta Ley, el Gobierno Ejecutivo promoverá, por medio de representante legal, las acciones necesarias para hacer efectivos los créditos que posee contra la Colombian National Railway Company Limited (Compañía del Ferrocarril de Girardot) domiciliada en Londres, y cualesquiera otras acciones conducentes a obtener el remate y adjudicación de la Empresa a la Nación.
