°. Apruébase una adición parcial a los estatutos del Fondo Nacional de Garantías S. A., adoptada mediante decisión de la Asamblea General Extraordinaria de Accionistas del F.N.G., en su sesión del ocho (8) del mes de junio de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998), tal como consta en Acta número 34 correspondiente a dicha reunión, cuyo texto es el siguiente: “Se adiciona el artículo 5° del Contrato Social del F.N.G. relativo a su objeto, con el siguiente

Parágrafo

El objeto social del F.N.G. se orienta asimismo a permitirle respaldar obligaciones contraídas por sus usuarios frente al Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana, Inurbe.”
