º OBLIGATORIEDAD. Las faltas descritas en este Decreto, imputables a funcionarios del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad originan acción disciplinaria, cuyo ejercicio es obligatorio aún cuando se haya iniciado acción penal o el infractor se encuentre desvinculado del servicio.
