Transferencia de bienes derechos y obligaciones . En virtud de lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto, Minerales de Colombia S.A. Mineralco S.A. y la Empresa Colombiana de Carbón Ltda. "Ecocarbón Ltda." transferirán todos los bienes, derechos y obligaciones a la Empresa Nacional Minera Ltda. "Minercol Ltda.", una vez solemnizada la fusión.
