Decreto 18671111 de 1867 · derogando el artículo 82 del Reglamento de administración i contabilidad, i dando otras disposiciones relativas a ese ramo.

Art. 2.° Los Jenerales, Jefes i Oficiales de la Guardia Colombiana que sean declarados en uso de letras de cuartel, licencia indefinida o retiro, tienen derecho a ser ajustados i pagados de sus haberes hasta el dia en que hayan dejado de estar en servicio, prévia la liquidación formada conforme a las leyes, reglamentos i demás disposiciones sobre administración i contabilidad militar.

Parágrafo

A falta de fondos para cubrir estos ajustamientos, el Tesorero jeneral de la Union, en vista de la liquidacion, espedirá un certificado para que el Jeneral, Jefe u Oficial pueda acreditar la acreencia contra el Tesoro, i en oportunidad reclamar el pago.
