Calidades De Los Representantes De Los Empleados Ante La Comisión Administradora De Carrera

Decreto 1792 de 2000 · por el cual se modifica el Estatuto que regula el Régimen de Administración del Personal Civil del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, se establece la Carrera Administrativa Especial.

ARTICULO 65. CALIDADES DE LOS REPRESENTANTES DE LOS EMPLEADOS ANTE LA COMISIÓN ADMINISTRADORA DE CARRERA. Los representantes de los empleados en la Comisión Administradora de Carrera deberán acreditar las siguientes calidades

Ser empleado de carrera, excepto para la primera elección.

No haber sido sancionado disciplinariamente durante el año anterior a la fecha de inscripción para la elección.

No haber sido condenado por sentencia judicial a pena privativa de la libertad, excepto por delitos culposos.

Tener un tiempo de vinculación a la Entidad no inferior a un (1) año a la fecha de inscripción para la elección.

Poseer título de educación superior.
