Procesos en trámite . Los procesos que al entrar en vigencia el presente Decreto se encuentren en trámite ante el Superintendente del Subsidio Familiar, serán asumidos por el Superintendente Delegado para la Responsabilidad Administrativa y las Medidas Especiales. Estos procesos continuarán sujetos a la legislación vigente al momento de iniciarse.
