Prelación de prestaciones sociales . Las dependencias del ramo de Defensa Nacional que ejerzan las funciones de Control y ejecución del Presupuesto del mismo, darán en todo caso prelación a la efectividad del pago de prestaciones reconocidas a aquellas que tengan carácter de unitarias, como consecuencia de la muerte del causante.
