- Fabricación, importación o ensamble de vehículos . El artículo 25 de la Ley 336 de 1.996, quedará así: " Artículo 25 . Las personas que se dediquen a la importación, fabricación y ensamble de equipos, o de sus componentes, con destino al transporte público y privado deberán obtener el certificado de conformidad expedido por un organismo debidamente acreditado en el sistema nacional de normalización, certificación y metrología. Cuando no haya norma técnica, deberán homologarse previamente ante la autoridad competente."
