Transporte público y privado . Los servicios de transporte marítimo son públicos o privados. El servicio público se ofrecerá, y prestará a cualquier usuario o consignatario de carga. En las autorizaciones para prestar servicio de transporte marítimo privado, la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria establecerá en cada caso las cargas que pueden ser transportadas y las condiciones del servicio.
