La Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil prestará a los municipios la ayuda necesaria para la celebración de las elecciones previstas en el artículo anterior, las que tendrán lugar el día que señalen los respectivos Concejos y que será distinto de las demás elecciones que prevean la Constitución y la Ley.
